  • Utilize extensive RE/MAX relocation and referral networks!Throughout North America, our 25,000 agents are looking for buyers to purchase RE/MAX listings!

  • Offer to share my fee with any agent working with a qualified buyer who may want to purchase your home!I will provide your home complete coverage by reaching out to buyers wherever they may be, even if they are working with another agent or real estate company!

  • Promote to 100 RE/MAX Southeast agents.The agents in our #1 office show and sell our listings first!

  • Enter the home into the MLS Computer through our in-office terminal, so that all other companies using computer services can immediately access information!

  • Perform computer search for buyers whose needs match your property's special features!  Inform them of property's availability and invite them to see the home!

  • Take digital photos of your home for use in MLS, online and in other special promotions!

  • Market in RE/MAX sales meetings!

  • Call brokers that have had a sale in the area in the past six months to see if they have any "left-over" buyers!

  • Promote in real estate industry marketing sessions!

  • Distribute brochures to each of the RE/MAX Southeast agents.RE/MAX Southeast is the #1 Real estate office in Colorado, and it is very possible that  one of our top producing agents is already working with a buyer who would like to purchase your home!

  • Include the home in RE/MAX Southeast rotation of special promotion and advertising! RE/MAX agents invest over $100,000,000 per year in "Target Marketing"!

  • Distribute special flyers to agents and purchasers in a calculated effort to reach every qualified buyer!

  • Superior terms can result in a higher sales price in a shorter period of time!

  • Keep regular contact with you to advise you as to our progress!

  • Provide monthly written status reports!

  • Actively promote your home to the many buyers and Realtors I speak to every day.

  • Position a "For Sale" sign in a prominent location (when applicable)! Our sign is a top producer of activity, second only to our long standing referrals and repeat customers.

  • Arrange for myself or one of my colleagues to be available to answer buyer inquiries and to show your home seven days per week!

  • Follow-up every showing with a request for buyer feedback and use this as another opportunity to promote the home!

  • Closely monitor new listings and sales to keep us ahead of changing market trends!

  • Investigate and promote the newest, most innovative methods of financing.
